remember this is more than just a blog…there are many other rooms to frolick in!

Started in November of 2009, The House Of Dandridge was created to not only showcase the creations, recommendations and opinions of one Chauncey Dandridge but to open up a platform for all to speak their mind, promote their art, share their talents and more. The initial tagline for the newly formed blog collective was “not necessarily a fraternity but not quite a sorority either”. This tongue in cheek byline lasted a short time until the true essence of what Chauncey was trying to accomplish became apparent. The House Of Dandridge is “a funnel for the quirky, kinky, creative and queer” and the rest is history. From 2004 up until the inception of The H.O.D., Mr. Dandridge was the mastermind behind THE CEREBRAL JESTER, his very first blog site.

The Cerebral Jester held court on blogspot.com and naturally had its restrictions. Soon, Chauncey and his team decided to go full throttle into the world of website ownership and design. The domain was purchased and the new adventures began.

a grand and gregarious design is on the horizon for the newly reconstructed house of dandridge. new members of the sorority/fraternity/cult/collective are currently going through initiation processes and a thorough hazing has been planned to be extremely soul taxing and emotionally draining in order to ensure the candidates are capable of being worthy weapons in this most bizarre artillery planning to entertain, inform, excite, catalyze, vindicate, emancipate, dazzle and devour you from all angles.
