It’s a NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS! Silent Night, Deadly night!!!
SO SPOOKTACULAR! And OOOOOOOOOOOOOhhhh so SCARY!

We finally got around to seeing the always entertaining, on or off stage, Anna Copa Cabanna and her Variety Show at Joe’s Pub a good seven or eight months ago.   It was just as magically campy, wonderfully honest and filled with lightning bolts of charisma and hysterical moments as we had expected.   Hurricane Sandy has wreaked havoc on much of New Jersey, Long Island, The Rockaways and Lower Manhattan all the way up to The Bronx…basically anywhere that’s relatively close to the rivers on the East or West.   One thing that is unacceptable for sure is the fact that the bitch of a storm has misplaced a lot of entertainment in New York City and even caused the cancellation of the Annual Halloween Parade!

Originally scheduled a few days after Halloween,  Ms. Copa Cabanna returns to the fantastic show space that is Joe’s Pub for a Spooky Rock and Roll Variety Show featuring tons of guest performers and (we’re certain) tons of laugh out loud moments and painfully stretched smile inducing hijinks.   The new date set for the show is Friday, December 14th at 11:30pm!

Plus you’ll get to witness the glorious Joy Dragland perform live,  she’s one of our favourite people in the universe!
