Author Stephen Earley Jordan II Announces Upcoming Book ‘daddy’
NEW YORK, NY—May 10, 2010—Snakes, and snails, and puppy dog tails—that’s what good boys are made of. Others, though, are made and molded by a daddy. Stephen Earley Jordan II author of ‘Beyond Bougie’ and ‘Cold, Black and Hungry’ announces his collection titled ‘daddy’.
‘daddy’, an evocative book of prose and poetry, depicts an unsettling fictitious inspection of young men, sexuality, and self awareness—each character attempting to find an emotional safe haven in a heartlessly intolerable world where trust is sometimes lost. ‘daddy’ is an unredeemable ticket from boyhood into manhood.
“I wrote this short collection,” Jordan said, “because I’ve always been fascinated with how childhood molds us and how, as adults, we each develop hidden agendas. Above all, I think the issues I address need to be discussed.”
‘daddy’ is currently available on amazon and barnes & noble.
